4.  Responsible for the work improvement and verification of existing products, and have handled product complaints and dealt with technical issues related to R&D;
5.  Responsible for the collection and collation of new product basic knowledge and competitive product data, and write corresponding reports;
6.  Responsible for assisting the engineering department to introduce new equipment, new facilities, and actively promote the use;
